Service quality of your store TH#100307 @ 4396 King Street E, Kitchener, ON is deteriorating day by day. Your staff at his location have attitude issues. I was concerned about a charge on my receipt and I asked to speak to a manager. Alexia came to the window with a aggressive tone screaming that she doesn't make price. She was condescending towards me and my concern and told me that I was arguing with her, where I was asking her a simple question. I buy @ tims almost every day spending from $5 to $25 and it is becoming painful to see that I am not being respected and valued as a customer. Please let me know if you are going to do something about it or I will take my business somewhere else.

Tims is hoŕible. I seen an irate customer take a swing and start with an employee. In bras dor nova scotia. One of the best workers i seen at the place as well but none the less they fired the guy for defending him self and co workers.. needless to say bad scar on franchise . And im personally boy cotting them.now and i know a growung number who is as well.
